Dear Irmgard,
Don and I feel blessed to have had you in our corner. Our move was made a little easier
thanks to your professionalism. Not only did you find us a wonderful new home, you also
arranged appointments with remodelers, roofers, inspectors, a designer and a contact to put in a
new pool. You were always available and eager to help us with any questions we had. I would
highly recommend you for everyone's real estate needs (I know a good Realtor when I see one).
You were very considerate of our time and questions. Don drives a very hard bargain and
you were in our corner throughout the process. You were also quick to pick up on his sense of
humor.
We also appreciate the quick sale of our previous home. You kept us on track to get it
ready for sale. We were pleased that the sale price was more than we had expected. Thank you

Irmgard is very committed; dedicated; conscientious; very hard working in promoting the house with agents through MLS, open houses, realtor lunches etc; sent us updates on the marketing plan without us having to ask; can't think of anything anyone else would have done better; excellent direct communication by voice mail and especially e-mail; very professional; not pushy, gave honest feedback when we asked for it; and she was always a pleasure to work with.
